Mr. Rallion gives smokers and non-smokers alike an up-close view of the world of people who are trying to stop smoking.  Paul openly shares his experiences from the beginning to the end of his personal struggle with cigarettes.  Additionally, Paul’s vivid writing style takes us back with him to visit benchmark events in his life as a smoker.

Mr. Rallion presents us with a technique that worked for him, which could work for others.  In many ways I saw myself in my own experience with cigarettes in this book.  Perhaps, this book will keep countless others from even starting to smoke.  Bravo once again!

This is the book I needed!

I’ve quit smoking several times but I’ve picked up the habit again and again.  This method to Kick Smokin', One Butt at a Time really seems promising as a mind-conditioning tool.  I love the story Paul tells.  Since I don’t want to give my book away, I ordered another book for my smoke buddy!  Paul’s story kept me entertained with its wisdom and subtle humor.
